DESCRIPTION
A race against time to reach the surface of the ocean before you run out of air, Oxygen Search is a vertical spin on traditional platformers with variable lighting and underwater gravity.
My main responsibilities for this project were programming player movement, patrolling enemies that cause damage, the oxygen meter, win/lose conditions, dynamic lighting, and moving platforms that transfer their velocities to the player.
Although we were only expected to use Unity's visual scripting system to make this game, my team and I taught ourselves how to implement C# scripts in order to make certain features possible.
Collaborated with two additional programmers, one of which made an original music score for the game.
