DESCRIPTION

In Twelve Mage, you’ll blast your way through encroaching hordes of undead, defying ever-larger waves with nothing more than your trusty shotgun, and a small library of spells that won’t save you on their own.

 

This was a semester long project for my Game Development and Algorithmic Problem Solving class. Working in a team of four, we produced a finished game using only the Monogame framework. Our professor found our game to be exceptional and recommended it for RIT's  Experiential Development & Games Expo (EDGE).

Much of my work on this project was serving as team lead- organizing meetings, assigning and tracking tasks using Trello, and creating technical diagrams and documentation. In addition I also designed and implemented a significant amount of features including: movement, game states, animations, pause functions, menus, buttons, health indicators, mouse interactions, scrolling credits, cheats, and more.
